How can your Business help us?
We understand that there are so many charities and sometimes it is difficult to know which one to support.
We rely 100% on donations and business support like yours to support our charity in a variety of different ways.
This could be:
- Charity of the year
- Employees raising money individually for the charity
- Wear red for AL day on the 13th July
- Becoming an Al’s Business Pal
- Taking a donation tin
- Allowing Al’s Pals to have a presence in your office/building
- Offering employees to volunteer at an event we may have

Becoming a business pal
Al's Pals as a registered Charity, needs £187 per day to break even!
Being an Al’s Business Pal, not only allows you to donate and participate in
our ability to offer services, but will mean a huge amount to our patients.
There are a variety of different options regarding your donation pledge. As a
Business Pal if there was a certain area that you would like to support
specifically, please let us know and we will ensure that money goes towards
your designated area.
For example:
Afternoon Tea per patient – £20
Volunteer Expenses per home visit – £30
Community App Maintenance – £40 (pcm)
Counselling / Therapy sessions – £90 (per hour)
In return, you will receive:
• Regular updates on our work and the support given
• Recognition on our website and Al’s Pals and Me App
• Inclusion in our social media campaigns and business pages
• VIP invitations to the upcoming Al’s Pals business community.
• VIP invitations to Al’s Pals events.

Our charity is run by volunteers and your money will allow us to continue
running our hospital service, our Al’s Pals at home service, our Psychologist
support for patients and our Al’s Pals and me community hub.
What happens to our money?
At Al’s Pals we believe in forming long term partnerships and relationships with businesses and appreciate any help and support you can provide.
All monies raised will go towards enabling us to continue our vital services in the hospital and at home and growing our services across the region.Â
How do we continue our partnerships?
We guarantee as a charity to feedback to each business where your money has gone and how it has been used. This will be reported back along with a certificate of the monies raised. We will then provide regular updates and feedback as to how the service is growing and hope we can establish a long term relationship with you valuing your support every step of the way.
